What is dmless?
dmless is a curated opportunity discovery platform for students, freshers and professionals. We manually check companies and programs, then match opportunities to your profile, interests, eligibility and pay preferences.
How do you check a company?
For jobs and internships, our team checks company registration and active status, website and domain age, recruiter email and identity, applicant-fee red flags and the original source link. Every published listing retains a reviewer and verification date. Other programs have their own host and terms checks.
Does verified mean I am guaranteed a job?
No. Verification records checks made on the date shown. It does not guarantee selection, employment, admission or future company conduct. Check the current source terms and use your judgement before sharing personal documents.
Can I set a minimum stipend or salary?
Yes. Set your minimum monthly stipend or annual salary in your profile. Disclosed INR pay is matched to your minimum. Undisclosed pay is labelled, and foreign-currency amounts are shown without an exchange-rate conversion so you can judge them yourself.
Where do I apply?
On the original company, institution or source platform website. dmless helps you discover and evaluate opportunities; it does not collect job applications or act as a recruiter.
Who can join, and what does it cost?
Students, freshers and experienced professionals can create a profile. Annual access is ₹999 for verified eligible students and ₹1,999 for professionals. There is no seven-day trial and no autopay. Checkout availability and your verified plan are shown in your dashboard.
What opportunities can I find?
Internships, jobs, hackathons, company assessments, student exchange programs, incubation programs, government scheme registrations, and events or workshops. International opportunities go through the same manual review process. Availability depends on what the team has published.
Will you ask me for money to give me a job?
No. We reject jobs and internships that charge applicants registration, training or security fees. The dmless annual access fee is separate and never buys a job. Official event, hackathon, exchange or incubation fees must be clearly disclosed on their listings.
Can my college see my activity?
If you link your college, its placement cell can see your registration, profile completion and plan status. It can see your platform activity only if you opt in, and you can withdraw that consent in your profile. Your resume, phone, salary preferences and private eligibility data are not shared with your college.
How do I report a suspicious post?
Use the report option on the opportunity detail page in your dashboard. You can also use our contact form to send the team a concern. Include the listing title and source link so we can investigate.
Are international internships and jobs available?
The platform supports opportunities in India and abroad. Select “Open to opportunities abroad” in your profile. Review the employer-stated visa or sponsorship terms: dmless does not offer immigration advice, arrange visas or guarantee overseas employment.
Can dmless help me find an incubator?
Yes. Select “I have a startup idea” and incubation programs in your interests to discover reviewed programs. We curate opportunities; we do not run an incubator or promise introductions, mentoring, admission or funding.
How will I hear about exchange programs abroad?
Matching exchange programs appear in your dashboard. New matches are included in daily opportunity digests for members with active access and email notifications enabled. Email delivery is currently awaiting sender setup; dashboard matching remains available subject to your plan.
